How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Non-pre-orders are usually shipped once a week on Wednesdays/ Thursdays. Once the order is on its way, you will be notified and receive a separate tracking email.

Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be received in continental Europe, and 10-21 days for UK and international orders.

Our last shipping day of the year is Friday 16th December 2022, and we resume in early January. Please allow for this on orders placed during the holiday period. 

Can you combine separate orders after they are placed?

In most cases no, as it doesn’t make for an efficient operation! But reach out if you really need to and we’ll see what we can do. Email for such inquiries.

When will I get my pre-ordered product?

Your pre-order will be sent out on the specified release date on the listing. 

If you order an in-stock item with a pre-order, these items will ship when the pre-order becomes available. This is due to only one shipping charge being applied to the order placed. We cannot ship items separately if they are ordered together in one transaction. We recommend ordering pre-order items in a separate transaction if you don’t want it to hold up the delivery of another, in stock item in your order. 

Can I return or exchange my order?

All returns must be first confirmed by email ( with photo evidence and order number or receipt. Reasons include: Wrong size/colour for soft merch and damage to records/cds - severe seem splits etc. These cases are dealt with on a case by case basis. If the item was an incorrect purchase, you will be charged for the return postage. We will make every effort to replace any damaged/lost/incorrect items but this isn’t always possible. If an item is no longer available or out of print, we will offer you a suitable alternative or a refund. If an item has be lost and all options have been exhausted to find it, we will offer a refund.


Please note that the orders payed with PayPal can be refunded only within 90 days of the payment. After that it is not possible to refund the orders.

Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes, you will receive tracking to your email when your order leaves the warehouse.

Some other stuff to put your mind at ease:

No credit card information is handled by Gizzverse / We Ship Vinyl. Intruder detection software and procedures will be handled by the hosting provider. Gizzverse and We Ship Vinyl does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
